At Disability Support Worker Care Services (DSWCS), we provide personalised NDIS support across Darwin and surrounding suburbs. Our mission is to help individuals live with dignity, independence, and a strong sense of community.
Our team is made up of dedicated Filipino support workers who are known for their warmth, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. We understand that great care starts with genuine connection, and that’s exactly what we bring to every home and community we serve.
Whether you need help with daily personal care, community access, or transport, we’re here to support your goals and make everyday life easier.
We lead with heart. Every interaction is rooted in genuine care, empathy, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those we support.
We honour each person’s individuality, rights, and choices. Our support is always delivered with dignity and professionalism, ensuring participants feel heard and valued.
As a proudly Filipino-led team, we embrace and celebrate cultural diversity. We provide support that is inclusive, culturally aware, and tailored to each participant’s background and values.
With over 25 years of experience in the disability sector, Cecilia Sa-oy Castro brings a deep passion for care and community to every part of DSWCS. Her journey began with a heartfelt commitment to helping people live independently and with purpose, a value that continues to guide the business today.
Cecilia has worked in a wide range of support settings, including personal care, complex needs, respite, and in-home support. Her leadership is grounded in real-world experience, compassion, and a strong belief in culturally respectful care.
She founded DSWCS to create a space where participants feel genuinely understood and supported, and where Filipino support workers can shine through their compassion, dedication, and integrity.
